I can't follow the diet recommendations because I'm nursing a baby right now, but I can definitely stop overeating and turn to God instead of food. I grew christian and ran into everything that was in that book, either from myself or friends. I had to find my own faith. And praise God i did. One thing I can say is that teach, teach , teach the truth and show your children how God helps you daily! Even in the bad times let your children see your strenths and weeknesses in Christ and how powerful Christ is to overcome. Walk it and let them see it.
