I followed your link to the website and joined that day. I didn't realized that it's associated with John Piper until coming here to your blog today, and that makes me feel even better about the program. I'm very encouraged with The Lord's Table. I can't follow the diet recommendations because I'm nursing a baby right now, but I can definitely stop overeating and turn to God instead of food.
