This past week Nate attended soccer camp at our church. It was from 8:30-12:30 everyday and he started the week off really struggling because it was sooo hot! The day started out under the trees with a devotion and worship song. Then, they went right into learning soccer. He got to experience what discipline and authority look like outside the home as boys were asked to do push-ups for any form of disobedience. There were seven rules that Coach Bronson presented to them each day. By the end of the week he decided that he was glad he had experienced soccer camp! The week ended with his 8th birthday where his Daddy really presented him with some new responsibilities. We’re looking forward to the year ahead as he develops and grows in some specific areas.
